1. Supply Chain Management
Job Description:
Provides support for Supply Chain Managment Department activities, including:
  • Procurement process compliance
  • Monitor compliance to the procurement process
  • Prepare and monitoring Centralized Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD) announcement and registration process
  • Assist Pre-qualification process
  • Preparing correspondence with tenderer i.e.: invitation letter, bid bulletin, negotiation letter, nomination letter etc.
  • Ad-hoc project assignment

Qualifications:
  • Hold Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Management.
  • Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00.
  • Fresh graduate, 0 up to less than 1 year of experience.
  • Computer literate, familiar with excel spreadsheet and other database tools.

2. Petroleum Engineering
Job Description:
  • Well & field production data QC.
  • Prepare regular production reports.
  • Perform well & field performance evaluation.
  • Planning, monitor and tracking the regular production test and fluid sampling program.
  • Support Petroleum Engineer and Sr. Reservoir Engineer in any meetings (internal and external meetings).
  • Provide assistance to Petroleum Engineer and Sr. Reservoir Engineer in term of providing data and perform technical evaluation.
  • Support RPMS (Reservoir Performance Management System) implementation.

Qualifications:
  • Hold Bachelor Degree in Petroleum Engineering major.
  • Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00.
  • Fresh graduate, 0 up to less than 1 year of experience.
  • Basic skill in OFM, Petrel RE, Kappa Saphir, and Petex software. Prefers Fresh Graduate Intern who has experience using the software in college

3. Operations
Job Description:
Provide assistance & support which include but not limited to:
  • Maintenance Planning.
  • Operations Production Performance
  • Maintain Operations & Maintenance Procedure.

  • Provide support for Operations and Maintenance day to day activities.

  • Review the Commercial figures (ie Lifting, Senipah Fuel & Flare, Gas Price, Gas Balance) in the Monthly Production/Lifting Reports to SKK Migas (Quantity Accounting System Report).
  • Update the Berita Acara Penyerahan (BAP) for PKT-5 and PLN Bontang and monitor the routing of PLN Bontang BAP.
  • Commercial administration.

Qualifications:
  • Hold Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Engineering Computer Science, or Petroleum Engineering.
  • Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00.
