BP dan AKR telah menandatangani perjanjian usaha patungan (tertanggal 5 April 2017) untuk mengembangkan usaha ritel bahan bakar di Indonesia. Usaha patungan tersebut telah membentuk sebuah perusahaan, PT Aneka Petroindo Raya (APR) yang beroperasi dengan nama BP AKR Fuels Retail.

Posisi:
1. HR Project Admin (Contract, join date Jan 2021)

Job Description:
  • Maintain HR Administration by collecting and entering data.
  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Update the internal database
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
  • Provide relevant employee information (e.g. leave, sick days and work schedules)
  • Filling & Documentation Management
  • Supports recruitment and other jobs in the HR department

Qualification:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree of Accounting/Tax, Human Resources or equivalent
  • Experience in Human Resource activity including general HR Administration
  • Competencies : Data Entry Management, Reporting Skills
  • Good English skill both writing and speaking.
  • Good communication and detail oriented.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively across functions.
  • Retail or Oil company (Downstream) experience is advantage

2. Training Asst. Manager (Permanent, join date Feb 2021)

Job Description:
  • Manage training budgets effectively.
  • Developing individual and group training programs & methods for effective and targeted Retail Operations.
  • Evaluating Operational performance to ensure that training meets business needs and improves performance.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, trainers, training vendors, and management.
  • Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on organizational goals.
  • Manage the technology and technical personnel needed to develop, manage and provide training.
  • Stay up to date with training trends, developments and best practices.

Qualification:
  • Has min 6 years experience as a Training SPV (in retail or oi! & gas industry will be an advantage)
  • Strong experience in training, including manage and delivery of training, ability to coach with a strong sense of detail and focus with BP Fuel retail operational procedure and growing values capabilities.
  • High level of competence in presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Highly driven, energetic, flexible and team-spirited.

3. Legal Asst. Manager (Permanent, join date Feb 2021)

Job Description:
  • Draft and review contract, agreement, and other documents to ensure compliance.
  • Provide legal advice on corporate documents requires in connection with any relevant corporate action.
  • Keeping up-to-date with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines
  • Handle and provide corporate licenses and permits
  • Build a relationship with local government authorities and relevant entities to facilitate efficient communication both internally and externally
  • Documenting and keeping all the legal documents securely and in order
  • Reviews internal policies, plans, programs to ensure consistency with corresponding government regulations and laws.
  • Involved in any legal duties as assigned including but not limited to prepare contracts for internal review and approval and ensures compliance with company policies as well as applicable laws or regulations, perform contract management activities and contract administration assignments.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Law or equivalent with min. 7 years experiences in same position
  • Proven ability to coordinate, work and establish working relationship with multiple stakeholders (government, private sector, financial institutions, civil society, etc)
  • Good English skill both writing and speaking.
  • Good communication and detail oriented.
  • Able to work independently in a multi-discipline setting.

4. IT Project (Permanent, join date Apr 2021)

Job Description:
  • Develop new program in accordance with the specifications requested by user.
  • Analyze program performance and make the necessary modifications to optimize existing applications.
  • Make documentation on how to use the program as a guide for the user.
  • Evaluate the software / application and Project on a regular basis.
  • Monitor the process of upgrading hardware and software according to the needs of the company.
  • Running the IT project and coordinate with other departments to ensure the project runs smoothly.
  • Maintain application on local and cloud ensure and perform backup apps and database on local and cloud

Qualification:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (IT,MI,TK) with 7-10 years experience in same position.
  • Familiar with3 tier development architecture, SQL Server (query, functions) ASP. Net with C#
  • Strong knowledge in HTML and Query
  • It will be an advantage if you have experience in Windows Service, Web API, ASP Net Core MVC, Mobile development
  • Able to complete the work on time, results-orientated, analytical ability and strong logic.

5. Procurement Manager (Permanent, join date Apr 2021)

Job Description:
  • Manage the purchasing process by reviewing and assessing purchase requisitions.
  • Review and approve PO (Purchase Orders) and goods purchased are within delegated limits including the management and delivery of goods and that procurement policy is well implemented.
  • Delivery of best in class Procurement to support all aspects of the business.
  • Participate in planning, budgeting and coordinate execution projects assigned in association with project department including:
  • Manage and control vendor selection activities
  • Ensuring timely delivery of equipment, machinery and other facilities

Qualification:
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent with 10 years experience in the similar position
  • Has strong leadership skills and performance bias and extensive in-depth experience in
  • Procurement commercial roles — c 10 years with a minimum 5 in management.
  • Fluent in English both verbally and written
