Berawal tahun 1960 berdiri PT Sakafarma Sehat dengan kegiatan usaha memproduksi & memasarkan obat-obatan. Pada 1997 perusahaan menggandeng PT Kalbe Farma Tbk yaitu perusahaan farmasi terbesar di Tanah Air yang memiliki kompetensi dalam industri tsb untuk bekerjasama meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan dan perusahaan berubah nama menjadi PT Sakafarma Laboratories. Perusahaan ini secara resmi di akusisi oleh Kalbe Group secara keseluruhan pada Agustus 2009 lalu. PT Saka Farma Laboratories (Kalbe Consumer Health) memiliki fasilitas produksi yang berlokasi di Delta Mas, Cikarang.

Posisi:

1. Administration

Job Responsibility:

• Helping administrative processes such as making letters and routing to Branches and Vendors
• Assist with administrative processes related to upcountry (issued tickets, schedules, completion of CA)
• Making payment vouchers for the General Trade program (BB, SLA OM Subdist)
• Settlement of TADA invoices, LM/Prize purchases, oracle EO payments.
• Cross check billing evidence and coordination with branch admins/vendors.
• POSM allocation, gimmicks and asset documentation to branches

Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines
• Have a minimum 1 year experience in relevant field
• Advance Microsoft Office (Ms.Excel, Ms.Word, Ms.Power Point)
• Disciplined, neat, responsible and proactive.

2. Internal Communication & Corp Sustainbility

Job Responsibility:

• The aim of Internal Communication isto keep employees connected and informed, and to create a shared understanding of company goals, values, and guidelines.
• The aim of Corporate Sustainability is to implement sustainability initiatives in the field of SEHAT pillars (see point E) to support the achievement of the company’s reputation and have a positive impact on the community

Requirement:

• Min Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines, Communications major is preferred
• Have experience in internal communication and sustainability/CSR or related field
• Experience, including drafting and publishing of written and audio-visual content
• Understanding of international sustainability references; SDG, ISO 2600, GRI, POJK 51, RAN Bappenas, SASB will be an advantage

3. Brand Executive

Job Responsibility:

• Prepare and create marketing plans for the product
• Implement marketing activities in accordance with the strategy set for the product
• Maintain and develop a product brand image which is handled through research and promotional activities
• Coordinating the manufacture of promotional items in collaboration with agencies, which are used for promotional activities in the field.
• Responsible for consumer complaints against products that are his responsibility.
• Make plans regarding estimated sales to distributors (ROFO)
• Coordination with sales Department

• Bachelor Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent

Requirement:

Job Responsibility:

• Ensuring the Technology Transfer Project runs well on Manufacture Site and Toll Out
• Trial in production (internal toll out), related to RM diversification, machine changes, trouble shooting, develop existing products to make them more robust and efficient
• Independentin carrying out laboratory trials (provision of RM stock, weighing, evaluation and reports)

Requirement:

• Candidate must posses at least Bachelor Degree in Apothecary

8. Quality Control Supervisor

Job Responsibility:

• Perform IPC analysis
• Ensure the schedule for taking samples of raw materials and packaging materials according to the timeline
• Analysis of finished products according to procedures
• Ensure the test results according to the lead time
• Ensure QC operations take place according to procedures and lead times

Requirement:

• Must have a Pharmacist Competency Certificate
• Have relevant experience min. 2 years
• Able to operate instruments in QC lab (HPLC/GC/Spektrophotometer/AAS)
• Have adequate knowledge regarding the pharmaceutical product, validation of analytical methods, analysisin the lab. Microbiology and Physical Chemistry
