Posisi:

1. PLDP TAX

Qualifications :

• S1 Perpajakan maupun Accounting
• Memiliki sertifikasi Brevet menjadi poin plus
• Fresh graduate dipersilahkan
• Mampu bekerjasama dalam tim
• Memiliki pengalaman yang relevan diutamakan
• Memiliki atensi terhadap hal-hal detail
• Memiliki analytical skill yang baik

Main Responsibilities :

• Melakukan analisa dokumen transaksi yang diterima dari user
• Menyatukan/mendokumentasikan seluruh dokumen transaksi yang diterima setiap bulan
• Membayarkan nominal pajak yang harus dibayarkan untuk seluruh transaksi selama satu bulan baik PPn maupun PPh
• Membuat pelaporan pajak untuk seluruh transaksi
• Melakukan pelaporan PPh badan/corporate setiap tahunnya
• Bertanggungjawab untuk pendaftaran PKP untuk perusahaan baru
• Membantu dalam mempersiapkan dokumen yang dibutuhkan dalam kegiatan audit/pemeriksaan
• Membuat equalisasi antara laporan pajak dan laporan keuangan

Main Responsibilities :

• Gather products packaging insights by regularly review and analyze current and future industry, consumer, and market trends
• Translate consumer needs and insight into packaging ideas, attributes, concepts, and evaluation
• Ensure packaging development activities delivered efficiently as expected timeline, cost, and quality (OTIFQ)
• Identify products’ packaging improvement opportunities
• Intensely coordinate with other cross-functional team, ie: Marketing, Sales, Design, Supply Chain, Product Developments, etc., to ensure consistent and accurate communication.
• Maintain quality packaging standards, specifications, processes and best practices

8. MT INVESTMENT ANALYST

Qualifications :

• Preferably possess a bachelor’s Degree in business or commerce. A master’s degree in business or finance will be an added advantage.
• Preferably a progression toward a CFA certification
• Previous internship experience in an investment-related role would be an advantage

• Should have a proven ability to achieve and surpass targets.

Job Summary :

• The Investment Analyst is responsible for evaluating both qualitative and quantitative aspects of prospective investment opportunities, providing necessary insights to a sound investment decision-making process that is aligned with the family aspirations and business synergy of Paragon Corp Group.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• The job holder’s duties and responsibilities are outlined as follows:

1. Perform financial due diligence and analysis on prospective investment and provide a recommendation on an investment decision
2. Develop an investment policy aligned with the company strategy and investment criteria for evaluating prospective projects
3. Provide updates on financial market activities to position the company in the local and global markets.
4. Liaising with fund managers, company managers, stock market traders, stockbrokers, and regulators to expand investment access
5. Conducting market research on the industry and gathering market intelligence to enhance the management of funds.
6. Participating in the financial briefing provided by the investment managers and analysts internally and externally.

Main Responsibilities :

• Decoding consumers & market trends and messages of the brands delivered by the Marketing Team and translating them into real actions strategies on the field.
• Collaborate with Parama Team to ensure that our products are accessible by our consumers through coverage/distribution expansion to potential customers.
• Being a business partner for our customers (retailers) to grow through business data analysis, conduct business reviews, make relevant collaboration initiatives, improve retail performance in-store level, etc.
