Job Description:
  • Manage facilities utilization, operations and maintenance in business premises (e.g. maintenance records, security checks, office administration, cleaning, catering, waste management, etc.) in accordance to company policies and procedures, regulations and agreed service levels
  • Develop and manage cost controls and process improvement activities related to facility management benchmarking industry trends
  • Develop periodical facility inspection/assessment plans for business premises and assets (e.g. furniture, utilities, transport services, equipment, etc.)
  • Representing company in term of legal dispute with employee to the third party (e.g. government, industrial courts, etc.)
