Posisi:

1. Junior Procurement Analyst

ACCOUNTABILITIES :
  • Prepare Request for quotation/Tender/Contracts for all contract requisition or purchase requisition within the targeted services level, meeting and fulfill customer requirement with low costs within the compliance of procurement procedures.
  • Clarify and collect all information and specifications, establish good relationship and communication to assure the goods and services meet user requirement.
  • To assist in preparing bid analysis and evaluation matrix and make recommendations for approval following the authority matrix. Ensure that tender clarification process is fully documented and communicated in accordance with tender instructions.
  • To seek opportunity of economic supply goods and services to achieve cost effective. Obtain report of procurement savings to achieve annual procurement savings target.
  • Provide comprehensive and accurate documents to electronic and manual record system for all contracts. Fully auditable. Ensure that critical documents related to monitoring compliance with contract conditions are provided to administration section.
  • Directly assist sponsor at required and requested service level to in Contract Administration tasks, including performance metric, performance reviews, payment, settlement of disputes. Proactive to Supervisor in raising any concerns regarding the compliance with contract conditions by either party.
  • For all service contracts ensure that all required information maintained in procurement related to contract activity is accurately and effectively reported in accordance with company reporting criteria. Ensure confidentiality of all information.
  • Fully participate with cross —functional teams and Procurement teams as directed. Ensure that information is properly researched, prepared, and presented to assist with team objectives and that full commitment to the team is maintained.
  • Ensure that all contractor profiles appropriate to tender activity are provided to administration function.
  • Ensure that EHS requirements in contracts are properly researched and approved and are appropriate to P TVI requirements. Strive to ensure that EHS requirements are fully recognized. by contractors and establish direct communication with EHS department in the event of any discrepancy or lack of adherence, by any party, that has not been immediately responded to by the contract sponsor or contract manager.

2. Contract Measurement Officer

Analyze, criticize, and create recommendation regarding contract budget and monthly claim. Monitoring high complexity third party services contract payment process to ensure the effectiveness, competitiveness, high quality of contracting process and payment procedure in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.

ACCOUNTABILITIES :
  • Review services requisition’s scope of work, specifications, concept, budget estimate, format and supporting documents provided by the requesting area, to ensure the compliance and completeness of all documents for further analysis.
  • Perform technical and commercial analysis of high complexity services requisitions from the requesting area through market consultation, tax/legal verification and careful detail budget estimate analysis to ensure the maturity of the services requisition.
  • Ensure the availability of services that require continuous supply through the monitoring of the execution, available budget and resources and contract timeline to ensure the continuity of services [Or the company.
  • Evaluate and validate the measurement bulletin to ensure that the payment given to the third party is according to the actual works and contract document clauses.
  • Analyze and critize contract budget and expenditure in monthly basis to ensure that all spending are in accordance with agreed work plan and cost.

TECHNICAL SPECIALIZATION :
  • Working experience on contract management at mine/construction proj ect
  • Having experience on project cost estimation and budget monitoring
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a contract analyst in a related industry
  • Strong analytical ability to solve problems and conflicts
  • Proficient in MS Office; including Ms. Visio and Ms. Excel Macro is a plus
  • Ability to manage contract stakeholder relationship

3. Operational Readiness Engineer

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE :
Responsible to conduct the handover of Construction, Installation, and Spare Purchase Project from the Capital Project to the Sponsor with a good quality of deliverables, meets company standards, National & Internaitonal codes & standards, start from design phase, construction phase , and handover of the project.

ACCOUNTABILITIES :
  • Comply with all PTVI EHS procedures, standards and policies in Capital Project and Operating project area.
  • Conduct the Handover of Construction, Installation, and Spare Purchase Project from the Capital Project Team to the Sponsor Team, ensuring that all requirements for the  operation and maintenance of new equipment or facilities are complete.
  • Coordinate with Engineers and vendor teams to obtain documents such as  Datasheets, Technical Drawings, Spare Parts lists, and Operation and Maintenance  Manuals (IOM) for the installed equipment.
  • Collaborate with Engineers and Designers to acquire As-Built Drawings for projects that have completed the construction phase.
  • Coordinate with the QC team and Engineers to ensure that QC documents during construction are accurate and complete.

REQUIREMENTS :
  • Bachelor of Engineering (mechanical, electro, industry) from reputable University in relevant discipline.
  • Minimum AK3U (Ahli K3 Umum), preferable POP/POM

4. Stakeholder Relations Assistant

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE :
The role is designed to monitor consistency and suitability of the implementation of Stakeholder Relations Program (that included in Contribution Strategies program plan) and Stakeholders Engagement Activities, also managing all documents related to those activities. To ensure all program and activities conducted and implemented in accordance with standards, plan, and guidelines that comply with government and company’s policy.

ACCOUNTABILITIES :
  • Support the preparation, implementation and initiatives of Stakeholder Relations related program, such as: preparing the approval submission of the program as per Delegation of Authority (DoA) matrix prior its implementation.
  • SRA will lead regular FMDS in Stakeholder Relations section to ensure the program still align with the plan and monitor the issue or grievance progress along with the SR team.
  • SRA will ensure all program and regular stakeholder engagement is implemented and comply with company’s policy.
  • SRA will support administrative matters in SR section, such as: Contribution and Donation request, gift and hospitalities, travel arrangements, invoicing, etc.
  • SRA will work closely with Senior Coordinator Stakeholder Relations to analyse expenditure in monthly basis to ensure that all spending in accordance with agreed work plan and budget allocation.
  • Ensure relevant information and issue are documented on report (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annualy)

TECHNICAL REOUIREMENT :
  • Has passion and experience in facilitating the Social Activities, Community Events
  • Having experience on budget monitoring and working experience on mining industry
  • Strong analytical ability to solve problems, capable in conducting data verification and validation
  • Capable in data processing, data management, precise in detail and reliable data, used to work in processing variant of numbers/task at the same time
  • Proficient in MS Office, having knowledge in SAP system is preferable
  • Ability to manage stakeholder relationship (Internal and External Stakeholders)
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team
  • Posses strong organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills

Requirements :
  • Minimum Education : Bachelor degree majoring in Social, Communication, Economics
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field of administration, project control, or handling social organizations
