Posisi:

1. EXPLORATION GEOLOGIST

Duties:

Work in accordance with HSE guidelines to ensure all activities are conducted safely and follow site and exploration SOPs;
Assist Senior and Project Geologist to complete field mapping, sampling and survey programs while learning correct exploration methods;
Checking new targets from previous and current exploration program information;
Management and interpretation of geological data, overseeing drilling operations and ensuring adherence to high standards in data collection and management, undertaking geological logging and sampling;
Manage drill site setup and rig configuration as planned, ensuring adherence to established protocols. Attend regular operational meetings, validate borehole camera surveys and supervise drilling contractors, core crew and field assistants to ensure adherence to work instructions and provision of reliable data;
Supervise and assist with core/chip drill sampling to maintain the integrity of data collected, avoid contamination and errors;
Maintain up-to-date logging and assay results on drill cross sections, accurately determine sample intervals, and ensure timely delivery of core data to databases;
Core field duties include all aspects of the field assistant role, i.e. drill core marking, geotechnical logging, and geological logging (percussion and core drilling);
Create drill cross sections and interpretations to identify lithology, alteration, and mineralization patterns, which contribute to target drilling decisions and subsequent reports;
Ensure all documentation, maps, tables, images, and logs are accurate, contain all relevant information, are distributed in a timely manner, and are archived in geological databases and hard copies;
Assist Senior and Project Geologist to complete weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual geological reports;
Acquire a basic understanding of QAQC programs for drilling, and geochemical sampling and testing programs;
Other assignments that may be given.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Geology;
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in exploration/development of precious metal mineralization/hydrothermal base metal mineralization;
Able to operate & maintain geological tools such as compass, clinometer, GPS, etc;
Understand rock identification, alteration and mineralization style, and basic structural geology;
Proficient in using MS. Office, QGIS, Micromine, Arcgis or Mapinfo;
Proficient in mapping and sampling methods;
Good communication skills, fluent in English both oral and written;
Posses driver's license A & POP will be a plus;
Able and ready to work long hours outdoors, in the core yard, in the field, and in the office;
Able to demonstrate awareness of work safety and the environment.

2. CORPORATE CONTRACT SPV

Duties:

Daily supervision of contracting process;
Monitoring outstanding progress, ensure active contract are carried out as agreed scope of work;
Contract Strategical and Planning, work with all Departments in contract planning, and resource allocation;
Contract Review and Verification;
Contract monitoring, ensure active contract are carried out as agreed scope of work;
In charge of tender process, ensure alignment of process with Supply SOP;
Pursue and find cost-saving opportunity in each project;
Handle conflicts or problems arise during contract or work execution and find appropriate solutions;
Arrange, evaluate, and manage relationships with contractors, ensuring that they meet contract requirements and meet user’s standard;
Prepare weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly contract report to Supply Chain Department Head;

Requirements:

A bachelor degree, preferably Engineering/Law/Business Administration;

3. PRINCIPAL MINING DEPT HEAD

Duties:

Lead and deliver safety culture thru Objective and Task Program internally in Principal Mine Department;
Lead Principal mine planning team to generate Strategic Mine;
Planning annual basis and presented to Board of Directors;
Lead & Manage Resource Geologist section in related to resource estimation of Tokatindung Gold Mine Operation;
Generate & Review reserve estimation report following JORC 2012 or KCMI 2017 code and SNI 4726 – 2019;
Manage and coordinate UG mine engineer to provide Underground high level technical studies for Underground Project;
Provide input into mining technical studies and projects;
Ensure current practices and strategic planning of mining and mine planning aspects take cognisance of existing and future regulatory requirements and sustainable development principles;
Support operations and projects mining staff, mentoring, audit and training, advice and assistance with designs, schedules and technology;
Any other assignments may be given.

Requirements:

Tertiary qualifications in Mining Engineering and at least 15 continuous years industry experience mostly in open pit operations across a range of commodities, with international experience highly regarded;
Possess technical expertise in mine operations and planning, with a pragmatic, value-adding approach;
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills;
Mine production planning and scheduling as well as detailed mine planning studies;
Expert user of mining software such as Surpac, MineSched, Whittle, HaulSim etc;
Budgeting, planning and stakeholder engagement skills;

4. OHS SPECIALIST

Duties:

Develop and regularly review OHS training need analysis (TNA) that cover all OHS aspects or employees and contractors;
Develop OHS training program to achieve company objectives and target;
Conduct OHS awareness and competency training that includes general site induction, area specific induction (mining, process plant and exploration), high risk activities and other trainings required by SMKP, relevant regulation and standards;
Deliver the OHS trainings in various method including online training via zoom or other online platform in Bahasa and English;
Conduct OHS procedure socialisation to all employees and contractors;
Regularly evaluate and analyse the result of training implementation of and follow up the improvement actions;
Develop OHS training materials that includes lesson plan, presentation (PowerPoint or video) and assessments;
Regularly plan and report the OHS training activities daily, weekly and monthly as per the reporting requirements in timely manner;
Ensure all training administration such as employee training requests, schedule, attendance and assessments documented at OHS administration;
Update and maintain all OHS training records electronically in Training database (INX Intuition) and archived at OHS Filing rooms;
Assess new OHS trainer to deliver OHS training program and coordinate with other trainers;
Become a part of emergency response team in responding emergency situation and delivering ERT training when required;

Requirements:

Graduated from Occupational Health and Safety, Nurse or other relevant major;
Minimum 3 years experience in developing and delivering OHS training in Mining Industrial;
English communication skill written and verbal – Intermediate to advance preferred;
Has competency Certification Train the trainer BNSP Certificate, Ahli K3, POP Implementation;
SMKP certified /Auditor SMKP and implementation ISO45001;
Has knowledge of firefighting, rescue and first aid techniques, emergency response equipment, and advanced first aid skills;
Good skill in nurse or paramedic to support emergency response team;

5. BUYER

Duties:

Carry out purchasing activities according to the specifications, quantity, and lead time required by the user;
Maintain high levels of inventory and spare parts availability;

Duties:

Prepare specifications, scope of work, procedures, safety job analysis (JSEA) and mechanical engineering packages;
Participate in weekly planning meetings and closing meetings to ensure proper input or coordination into weekly work plans and closing plans;
Communicate with direct reports to ensure good two-way communication at all times. Ensure that problems and issues that cannot be resolved within the modification group or project are communicated to the appropriate person;
Monitor and justify the progress of the project status;

Requirements:

Graduated from Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (University);
Minimum 3 years' experience in General Construction and 1 year (in between) in the Mining Industry - also experienced with supervisory roles for Process Plant & Mining area projects;
Able to communicate in English (both oral and written);
Experienced in engineering design and maintenance project management;
Experienced with heavy equipment and lifting equipment including tools;

7. BUSINESS ANALYST – CAPEX & PROJECT COST CONTROLLER

Duties:

Collect and analyse capital expenditure proposal from all departments related to Feasibility Study, RKAB, Internal Capital Expenditure Budget & Forecast;
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports related to capital expenditures, including variance analysis;
Conduct assessment and administration of Capital Expenditure Requests and Asset Acquisition;
Perform project cost control role – Monitor and analyse capital expenditures against budgeted costs, identifying and addressing variances promptly;
Work closely with engineering, operations, and procurement teams to ensure accurate capitalization and reporting of expenditures

Requirements:

Graduated S1 – Economics (Accounting, Management or related field);
Minimum 3 years experiences in capital accounting, preferably in the mining industry.
Proficiency in SAP (Minimum 3 years experiences);
Intermediate up to advance skill in Excel and other Microsoft Office;

8. LONG TERM PLANNING SUPERINTENDENT

Duties:

Generate and updates strategic mine planning (LOM) includes : Mine Designs, Projects/Infrastructures;
Collaborate and conduct with related sections (exploration, geotech, finance, etcs) to provide optimization data;
Responsible for the mine technical data related to Feasibility Study;
Responsible for producing the 12 month rolling forecast;
Define fleets production requirements during the Life of Mine;
Generate mine physical budget annually;
Provide Monthly Report Long Term Plan Section;

Requirements:

Graduated from University majoring in Mining;
7 years experience in gold mining in a narrow vein and preferably open pit environment;
KCMI/CPI certified or in a position to apply for the certification;
Competent in Mine design packages Minesight, Surpac Micromine and Microsoft suite packages;
Able to demonstrate sound knowledge of mine cost budgets from both an operational and capital cost perspective;
Also needs competency in whittle pit optimisation software;
Should have a sound understanding of mine costs and cut-off grade calculation processes;
Skill to conduct open pit designs from Resource model optimisation pit limits;
Good knowledge in mine scheduling software and be able to produce documentation and presentation;
Experience in producing Life of Mine Plan (LOMP) updates following the biannual review of exploration and resource model updates;
Skill in transfer knowledge and experience to a team of engineers and add to their ongoing professional development;
Good understanding of open pit mining contracts and drill and blast contracts;

9. RELIABILITY ENGINEER

Duties:

Responsible for all lubrication work on equipment and coordinate with lube technicians;
Monitor and analyze parts usage, and continuously strive to improve usage;
Conduct condition-based monitoring activities, including oil analysis, vibration, thermography, NDT, QA/QC and other methods applicable to process plant equipment;
Maintain lubrication tools and instruments in good condition at all times;
Ensure that equipment and tools required to perform allocated work are available and in good condition, prior to commencing work;
Together with the Maintenance Planner, review and modify maintenance processes, procedures, service techniques, inspection periodicity or application to equipment;
Optimize systems to identify plant/asset criticality and mitigate failures;
Lead the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives;
Provide technical assistance to other maintenance personnel;
Compile & document monthly Condition Monitoring reports;

Requirements:

Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline, e.g. Maintenance and Reliability Management, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or at least 5 years as a condition monitoring or lubrication technician, preferably in the mineral processing industry;
Several years of engineering experience performing condition monitoring especially related to lubrication activities in an industrial environment, preferably mining, but construction and other heavy industries including oil and gas, cement or manufacturing will be considered;
Detailed understanding and familiarity with reliability engineering principles;
Fluent in English, spoken and written;

Duties:

Organize truck distribution to each fleet by considering utilization and production achievement with the existing system;
Organize disposal locations according to the type of material;
Monitor fatigue events recorded in the system and validate any events that occur;
Collaborate with the operations team in the field and record any activities, information and constraints related to production;
Update production information to all field operation teams on an hourly basis;

Requirements:

Bachelor of Engineering graduate, preferably Mining Engineering graduate;
Has 3 years of experience as Dispatcher/Dispatch Operator/Mine Controller;
Has knowledge in Fleet Management System (Hexagon Mine operate, Modular, Minelink and Wenco);
Has strong analysis in hourly target production ;

12. DRILL & BLAST SUPERVISOR

Duties:

Responsible for leading pre-start meetings for drill and blast crew and handovers for each morning and night shift;
Able to carry out operational supervision duties and responsibilities to achieve yearly target;
Implement best practice of drilling and blasting as required by plan, SOP, community sensitivity level and regulation requirement in daily base;
Regularly do the fragmentation, vibration and flyrock measurement then review and evaluate the result continuously;
Check and sign off drilling reports, QAQC reports, day work reports in the drilling and blasting area;
Responsible for work distribution, preparation of drill locations, provision of sleep blasting equipment, taking actual topography, marking out drill points, pick up actual drill points, installing boundary pegs;
Responsible for distribution also reliability of stemming material (gravel) in each blast location is sufficient.

Requirements:

Minimum has Bachelor degree majoring in mining;
Approximately 3 - 5 Years of experiences in drill & blast area;
General understanding of mining operations is an advantage;

13. SECURITY SUPERINTENDENT

Duties:

Day to day responsible to manage and supervise overall site security operations;
Lead and attend regular coordination meeting with Security team and Site Police;
Regularly review and develop security document, training plan and OHS program;
Review and submit security monthly report to Security Department Head;
Review budget and cost allocation in monthly basis to be effective and efficiently;
Evaluates and documents employee’s performance and contractor;
Develop security risk assessment, threat analysis and mitigation plan to minimize risk against company operations;
Conduct regular inspection at all security facility and provide recommendation;

Requirements:

Completion of Degree in any discipline from university;
Has valid Gada Utama certification;
3 years experience as Security Superintendent and 5 years experience as Security Supervisor in mining industry and National Vital Object;
Completion of Intelligence & Investigators course;

Has valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A & C), able to operate a vehicle both on and off-road;
Physically fit to endure sustained periods of exertion in extreme tropical environment;

14. PROCESS PLANT SUPERINTENDENT

Duties:

Assist in the management of training and development of process plant employees;
Manage the operation performance of the Process Plant ensuring short term and long term targets are met;
Optimization of the Process Plant to design capacity by achieving minimum budget and KPI targets;
Tailings Storage Facility (TSF) and water management and cyanide destruction;
Manage contract service providers;
Ensure Environmental compliance;

Minimum 10 years’ experience in Mineral Processing with significant exposure to gold operations and management experience and minimum 3 years’ experience in similar positon;
