Posisi:
1. EXPLORATION GEOLOGIST
Duties:
- Work in accordance with HSE guidelines to ensure all activities are conducted safely and follow site and exploration SOPs;
- Assist Senior and Project Geologist to complete field mapping, sampling and survey programs while learning correct exploration methods;
- Checking new targets from previous and current exploration program information;
- Management and interpretation of geological data, overseeing drilling operations and ensuring adherence to high standards in data collection and management, undertaking geological logging and sampling;
- Manage drill site setup and rig configuration as planned, ensuring adherence to established protocols. Attend regular operational meetings, validate borehole camera surveys and supervise drilling contractors, core crew and field assistants to ensure adherence to work instructions and provision of reliable data;
- Supervise and assist with core/chip drill sampling to maintain the integrity of data collected, avoid contamination and errors;
- Maintain up-to-date logging and assay results on drill cross sections, accurately determine sample intervals, and ensure timely delivery of core data to databases;

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Geology;
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in exploration/development of precious metal mineralization/hydrothermal base metal mineralization;
- Able to operate & maintain geological tools such as compass, clinometer, GPS, etc;
- Understand rock identification, alteration and mineralization style, and basic structural geology;
- Proficient in using MS. Office, QGIS, Micromine, Arcgis or Mapinfo;

Duties:
- Daily supervision of contracting process;

Duties:
- Lead and deliver safety culture thru Objective and Task Program internally in Principal Mine Department;
- Lead Principal mine planning team to generate Strategic Mine;
- Planning annual basis and presented to Board of Directors;
- Lead & Manage Resource Geologist section in related to resource estimation of Tokatindung Gold Mine Operation;
- Generate & Review reserve estimation report following JORC 2012 or KCMI 2017 code and SNI 4726 – 2019;
- Manage and coordinate UG mine engineer to provide Underground high level technical studies for Underground Project;
- Provide input into mining technical studies and projects;
- Ensure current practices and strategic planning of mining and mine planning aspects take cognisance of existing and future regulatory requirements and sustainable development principles;
- Support operations and projects mining staff, mentoring, audit and training, advice and assistance with designs, schedules and technology;

Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Mining Engineering and at least 15 continuous years industry experience mostly in open pit operations across a range of commodities, with international experience highly regarded;

Duties:

- Conduct OHS awareness and competency training that includes general site induction, area specific induction (mining, process plant and exploration), high risk activities and other trainings required by SMKP, relevant regulation and standards;
- Deliver the OHS trainings in various method including online training via zoom or other online platform in Bahasa and English;
- Conduct OHS procedure socialisation to all employees and contractors;
- Regularly evaluate and analyse the result of training implementation of and follow up the improvement actions;

Requirements:
- Graduated from University majoring in Mining;
- 7 years experience in gold mining in a narrow vein and preferably open pit environment;
- KCMI/CPI certified or in a position to apply for the certification;

- Able to demonstrate sound knowledge of mine cost budgets from both an operational and capital cost perspective;

- Responsible for all lubrication work on equipment and coordinate with lube technicians;

- Conduct condition-based monitoring activities, including oil analysis, vibration, thermography, NDT, QA/QC and other methods applicable to process plant equipment;
- Maintain lubrication tools and instruments in good condition at all times;

- Together with the Maintenance Planner, review and modify maintenance processes, procedures, service techniques, inspection periodicity or application to equipment;

- Implement best practice of drilling and blasting as required by plan, SOP, community sensitivity level and regulation requirement in daily base;
- Regularly do the fragmentation, vibration and flyrock measurement then review and evaluate the result continuously;
