Posisi:

1. Supply Chain Manager

Role describtion:

• Develop and manage supply chain strategies aligned with sales forecasts and business targets.
• Oversee sourcing, vendor selection, price negotiation, and contract management.
• Lead and develop the supply chain team (including planners, buyers, and warehouse staff).
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, quality standards, and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree all major, min 3-5 years of experience in supply chain operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain processes: demand planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in ERP systems, and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTable, etc.).

2. Junior Ads Specialist

Role describtion:

• Manage monthly advertising budget efficiently and in line with marketing targets.
• Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on TikTok Ads and Meta Ads.
• Conduct regular A/B testing on KOL content or brand advertising elements (copy, design, format) to increase engagement and conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance holistically and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Min 1 years experience in Junior ads.
• Have a digital marketing certifications (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, TikTok Academy) are a strong plus.
• Experience running ads for e-commerce, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, or other PPC platforms.
• Understanding of basic metrics: CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPM, conversion rate, etc.

3. HRGA Staff

Role describtion:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, conduct interviews, and assist in the orientation of new employees.

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, engagement metrics, and ROI.
• Create an administrative report using ms. excel.
• Coordinate product seeding programs by ensuring influencers receive beauty products for review.
• Track and collect KOL-generated content for brand use.
• Ensure all KOLs adhere to brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree all major, min 1 years of experience in KOL admin.
• Proficiency in Excel (vlookup, hlookup, pivot, etc), Google Sheets, and reporting tools for tracking performance.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.

6. Area Supervisor

Role describtion:

• Planning sales strategies, new NOO in area.

• Check and prepare a product stock in distibutor.

• Min 3 years experience as a Area sales supervisor in Personal care/ FMCG.

Role describtion:
