1. Marketing & Promotion Dept Head

Responsibilities :

• Marketing & Promotion Dept Head will develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract investors and tenants, and drive business growth in the industrial and real estate sector. Responsibilities include managing branding, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns, as well as working closely with sales and leasing teams to generate leads. This role also involves handling marketing budgets, analyzing campaign performance, and building strong industry partnerships to expand market reach.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• 8-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in industrial or commercial real estate.
• Strong skills in branding, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns.
• Experience in team leadership and working with external agencies.

Additionally, the role requires frequent coordination with government authorities and law enforcement agencies to resolve land-related legal matters effectively.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law.
• Experience: 5-7 years of experience handling corporate land-related legal matters.
• Certified lawyer with relevant legal certifications.

Qualifications :

Qualifications :
