Posisi:

1. Cyber Resilient (Jakarta)
General Responsibilities:
  • Identify cybersecurity risks that could impact bank operations, such as ransomware, phishing attacks, or insider threats.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of the potential impact of various threats on critical assets, such as customer data or core banking systems.
  • Develop strategies to mitigate risks, whether through technology, policies, or employee awareness raising
  • Ensure that the bank’s IT and security architecture is designed to remain functional during an incident, with redundancy and failover mechanisms.
  • Recovery from Disruption Design and implement a robust Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP).
  • Conduct cyber attack simulations and BCP/DRP trials at regular intervals to ensure readiness for real disruption
  • Real-Time Monitoring, ensure a threat detection system that continuously monitors network activity to identify potential disruptions early on.
  • Develop and maintain an incident response plan that allows teams to react quickly and effectively to security incidents.
  • Forensic and Post-Incident Analysis investigates the root cause of incidents to prevent similar incidents from happening again in the future
  • Internal Coordination Work closely with IT Security, SOC (Security Operations Center) and risk management teams to integrate security into all operational processes.
  • External Coordination Collaborate with regulators (such as OJK and BI), law enforcement, and cybersecurity service providers to strengthen resilience strategies.
  • Compliance Fulfillment, ensuring all policies, procedures, and technologies used are in accordance with security standards and regulations
  • Building a Culture of Security Awareness
  • Conduct training programs for all employees on the importance of cyber resilience, including the introduction of the latest threats and how to prevent them.
  • Conduct Attack simulations such as phishing tests to improve employee readiness against real threats.
  • Develop internal and external communication plans for use in emergency situations
  • Continuous Evaluation and Improvement System Evaluation Periodically review and test the effectiveness of security policies and technologies.
  • Technological Innovation and Adoption of new technologies such as AI, machine learning, and blockchain to increase resilience to threats.
  • Security Audits Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry best practices
  • Data Security Secure sensitive data, such as customer and transaction information, through encryption and strict access controls

Requirements:
  • Candidate should possess at least a Bachelor degree (S1) in IT
  • Minimum 5 (five) years of working experience in Banking handling Cyber Resilient
  • Experienced in developing and implementing new security systems, security programs, protocols and maintenance of existing systems
  • Deep knowledge of data communications and network experience of operating systems and tools
  • Have knowledge of information security solutions, including data loss prevention, intrusion detection and prevention, network security monitoring and vulnerability management
  • Strong leadership skill
  • Proficient in English both written and verbal
  • Preferably have Risk Management certification
  • Communicative and able to work both individually or together in a team

2. Central Clearing & RTGS Staff (Jakarta)
General Responsibilities:
  • Record transactions in the SKN, RTGS, Clearing, and FireCash systems, especially related to transaction processes (incoming, outgoing, reconciliation).
  • Perform data entry and sign all vouchers, minutes, and other correspondence created in the Central Clearing & RTGS Section according to the authority given.
  • Provide and deliver accurate, valid, and timely transaction & operational services in terms of authorizing transactions according to the limits and authority.
  • Be responsible for assisting or acting as an alternate staff member in the Central Processing & E-Settlement Department.

Requirements:
  • Prior working experience in a related field at minimum 2 years from Banking industry.
  • Mastering accounting and transaction journal.
  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) majoring in Accounting, Economics, or any related fields.
  • Strong integrity and punctuality.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

3. QC Branches
Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily checks related to transaction activities in the branches under his/her supervision using the QA checklist.
  • Conduct other inspections / monitoring regulated by BJI regulations, such as the implementation of a clean desk policy, information security, service standards, physical checking (condition of the building / branch inventory and standardization of branches), application of 4 values for J Trust Bank’s new chapter , employee regulations, and so on.
  • Conduct an adequate analysis of the causes, risks and impacts of the findings so that they can provide recommendations or carry out adequate corrective actions.
  • Escalate issues at the branch appropriately and prepare QAS-related reports in a timely manner.
  • Support and monitor settled findings adequately so that there are no repeated findings.
  • Identify issues requiring improvements, potential motives and identifying relevant corrective actions and tracking them to completion.
  • Act as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance / quality.
  • Ensure that the regulated time limit has been met in implementing and complying with the principles of customer handling fairly and other standards as set by stakeholders.
  • Evaluate the business processes / branch operations and recommending improvements, including improvements to SOPs / other internal regulations at BJI.
  • Coordinate with branches and all work units regarding findings in order to resolve the status of findings.
  • Carry out special / incidental duties from superiors in the Risk Management Division or management.
  • Carry out duties in accordance with the Indonesian banker code of ethics as well as the principles of prudential banking.

Requirements:
  • Willing to be placed at Cikarang or Karawang Branch
  • Possess risk management certification minimum level 1.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Banking, including 3 years in the same position.
  • Education background minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1).
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Able to work in team or independently.
  • Strong integrity person.

4. Liabilities Product Specialist (Jakarta)
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement product and program development plans for Funding products (Time Deposit, Savings, Current Account), including:
  • Conducting cost and benefit analysis.
  • Preparing budget projections for development needs, including both CAPEX and OPEX.
  • Performing competitor bench marking to ensure the development plans align with current market preferences.
  • Coordinating with the Partnership unit to enhance product and program benefits in line with Management’s vision and mission.

Responsible for drafting the flow/journey/SOP for Funding products and programs, including:
  • Preparing plans and cost & benefit analysis reports for upcoming products and programs, in coordination with relevant business units.
  • Coordinating with relevant Units/Divisions in the process of creating and developing funding products and programs.
  • Drafting SOPs and Manuals related to the development and implementation of new funding products and programs.
  • Preparing presentation materials related to products and programs for Management.
  • Conducting internal socialization regarding the features, processes, and benefits of the products and programs.
  • Coordinating with relevant Units for the publication and promotion of new products and programs.
  • Monitoring and evaluating ongoing products and programs.
  • Conducting regular monitoring and reporting related to product and program performance.
  • Conducting research on market trends and competitors to support continuous improvement of funding products and programs.

Requirements:
  • Experienced with a minimum of 5 years of experience handling Liabilities Product Development in the Banking industry.
  • Have good knowledge of liability products, funding programs, and product development.
  • Education minimum S1 in a related major.
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong integrity and is a punctual person

5. Customer Service (Palembang Branch)
