1. Human Capital Advisor
Key Responsibilities :
1. Selection & Recruitment
- Advise on the development and alignment of Manpower Planning (MPP) to ensure long-term workforce planning and sustainable talent pipeline strategies.
- Provide guidance on recruitment processes to ensure they comply with SLAs, support organizational growth, and follow standardized, efficient procedures.
2. Policy & Performance
- Recommend and review HR strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with the company’s vision, mission, and compliance standards.
- Offer advisory support in designing and executing performance appraisal frameworks to serve as the basis for fair evaluation, reward, development, and addressing performance gaps.
- Ensure HR policy updates are well-informed and consistent with evolving organizational needs.
3. Talent Management
- Provide input on career development frameworks and succession planning strategies that enhance employee motivation and retention.
- Support the identification and development of high-potential talent (talent pool) aligned with organizational goals and individual capabilities.
4. Compensation & Benefits

7. Training & Learning

Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in providing HR policy advice, managing recruitment processes, and supporting performance and talent management.
- Possess HR Certification at a minimum General Manager level or equivalent.
- Familiarity with banking operations, regulatory compliance, and organizational structures is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, including manpower planning, performance management, talent development, employee relations, and compensation & benefits.
- Solid knowledge of labor laws, banking HR practices, and compliance requirements in the financial sector.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in interpreting HR data and trends to support business decisions.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa and English (Japanese language skills will be an advantage) to engage with stakeholders across departments.

2. Corporate & Commercial Credit Risk Reviewer
Responsibilities :
- Receive and review Nota Analisa Kredit (NAK) from business units.
- Take notes and register Nota Analisa Kredit (NAK) into Credit Process Tracking System to determine the Service Level Agreement (SLA) of credit application processes.
- Verify the trade checking which has been done by business units to the debtors.
- Accompany business units to visit the debtors to obtain data and information of credit eligibility.
- Carry out risk assessments of the Nota Analisa Kredit (NAK), determine the covenant and critical terms & conditions.
- Review the policies of credit proposal.
Requirements :
- Possess risk management certification minimum level 2.
- Minimum 7 years of working experience in Banking, including 6 years as a credit analyst in Corporate and/or Commercial segment.
- Education background minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1).
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proficient in English (verbal and written).
- Have good knowledge in Legal, Risk Management, Trade Finance, Treasury, and Compliance.
- Able to work in team or independently.
- Strong integrity person.
3. Lending Relationship Manager - Japan & Korea Desk
Responsibilities :
- Find new prospective debtor corresponding with target market that has been set.
- Handle marketing and cross selling of the banking products to the targeted customers.
- Create visit plan of potential prospective debtors, and create report of the visit result.
- Responsible for the achievement of the bank’s targets.
- Carry out initial screening in order to define eligibility and risks, considering the risk appetite policy of Bank JTrust Indonesia.
- Assess the prospective debtor’s eligibility.
Qualifications :
- Education minimum Bachelor degree (S1) in related major.
- Minimum 2 (two) years of working experience handling Commercial / Corporate Lending in the Banking industry.
- Have a wide potential customer database
- Have deep knowledge in banking operation and regulations, and banking service product.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Japanese/Korean will be strongly preferred.
- Preferably having related certificates in banking.
4. AML & CFT Analyst
General Responsibilities :
AML Analyst & Reporting is tasked with implementing the AML & CFT program that has been setup according to the standard requirements of the regulator and the authority in Indonesia, including :
- Monitoring and Analysis of Transactions
- Monitor, analyze and report transactions in accordance with the laws and regulations governing the application of AML & CFT.
- Review / Revision of Procedures
- Reviewing AML & CFT policies and procedures, as well as related procedures.
- Monitoring the Effectiveness of the Implementation of AML & CFT Programs
- Monitored the follow-up improvements from the audit results from the Internal Audit Unit, OJK / PPATK supervisors, and the results of the evaluation of AML & CFT implementation in Branches by Internal Control Units.
Requirements :
- Candidate should possess at a minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in related majors.
- At least 3 year(s) experience as AML Analyst from Banking Industry
- Have deep understanding in APU & PPT
- Possess certification of risk management and compliance minimum level 1

5. IT Auditor
Responsibilities :
- Carry out audit work program in line with Internal Audit work plan
- Execute audit and evaluation in IT section independently in accordance with work program which has been approved by department head and division head
- Carry out desk audit and report to IT Audit Department Head
- Finalize and provide the final audit report to the auditee
- Ensure the audit findings has been followed up and realized by the auditee
Requirements :
- Candidate should possess at least Bachelor degree (S1) in IT
- Minimum 7 (seven) years of working experience as IT Auditor in Banking industry
- Possess risk management certification at minimum level 1
- Proficient in English both written and verbal
- Good understanding in COBIT, MRTI, SDLC, IT Security and Operation of the Bank
