We are currently opening our ODP Wholesale Banking Program, specifically for Treasury Group. As a dominant player in the foreign exchange business, Bank Mandiri has the largest Dealing Room with an expansive network in Indonesia. As part of the Treasury Group, you will :

• Conduct transactions and manage portfolio, regarding Foreign Exchange, Interest Rate, and Derivatives instruments to gain profit
• Conduct marketing, consultations, and negotiations to provide Treasury services and products to existing and prospective clients
• Strategize and execute business and marketing plans, to fulfill client needs and expand business
• Develop innovative Treasury product solutions regarding hedging, yield enhancement, and Asset & Liabilities Management to answer client needs as well as Bank needs

In this program, you will be trained by highly experienced bankers and leaders in Wholesale Banking and more specifically in Treasury. In your development journey, you will start off with an intensive in-class education, then followed by on-the-job training and rotation across different desks in Treasury Group.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications :

• Local/ International graduates (S1) and postgraduates (S2) from relevant fields of studies from a reputable University, such as Economic, International Relations, and Engineering
• Grade Point Average:
• Bachelor's degree (S1): minimum 3,00 on a 4,00 GPA scale, or equivalent
• Master's degree (S2): minimum 3,20 on a 4,00 GPA scale, or equivalent
• Maximum age at selection:
• Bachelor's degree (S1): 25 years old
• Master's degree (S2): 27 years old
