Posisi:

1. Project Engineering Automation

A day in the life of...

• Reports directly to Project Manager Electrical & Automation and has extensive contact with users and contractors (External System Integrator and Key Supplier)
• Work closely with all streams (Application Group, Quality Assurance, Safety Health & Environment, and Production) to ensure Manufacturing Execution System (MES) could fulfill all requirements
• Ensure Factory Automation System (FAS) is always complied and updated according to the latest standard
• Ensure Business Contingency Plan (BCP) with its Factory Floor Middle Ware (FFMW) is always online all the time
• Build and maintain good relationship with Technical Competence Unit (TCU) either for technical assistance or software update    

 

What will make you successful:

• Minimum Bachelor of Control System / Informatics / Electronic Engineer
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant position will be advantage
• Have Minimum Intermediate Level of English speaking and writing communication skills

2. Tipping Operator, Milo Plant

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab meliputi:

• Memahami dan mengimplementasikan aspek Kualitas, Keselamatan, Kesehatan pada Lingkungan kerja serta berpartisipasi aktif dalam menerapkan perilaku keselamatan / Behavior Based Safety (BBS) 
• Memastikan kebersihan peralatan dan area kerja sebelum dan setelah melakukan aktifitas produksi
• Memahami dengan jelas mengenai produk dan prosedur produksi yang berlaku serta target produksi yang perlu dicapai
• Mampu mengoperasikan mesin - mesin di area Tipping sesuai dengan standar operasional yang berlaku

• Melakukan transaksi terhadap material yang digunakan ke dalam sistem SAP

Kualifikasi yang diperlukan:

• Pendidikan minimal SLTA sederajat

• Managing end-to-end Bandaraya Factory facility manpower in collaboration with service providers according to Nestlé Guidelines

• Managing administration that is related to SAP, legal contract for the outsourcing services

4. Warehouse Coordinator

A day in the life of...

• Ensure warehouse operations are handled effectively, reducing the cost, and in line with good standard practices and comply with the No Return Policy         
• Control stock of substandard and damaged goods in the warehouse. Ensure that scrap products are destroyed in line with company guidelines    
• Set training programs for the team and outsourced staff on how to handle inbound, outbound and transferred goods in the warehouse
• Perform Daily Cycle Count, Monthly Stock Taking                
• Set work instructions for goods handling process to be in line with Nestle safety and environmental standards. Supervise daily operations and solve exceptions
• Ensure all Claims, Complaints and Refusals are properly captured in SAP and perform smooth communication to all functions involved
• Monitor stock levels and proactively inform to QA and FICO for the material reject and material near the expired to avoid write off        
• Develop and improve operational systems to minimize loss and costs in co-ordination with   other departments, such as production               
• Ensure with service provider that they could develop and maintain an effective organization through selection, training, development,  and motivation of assigned personnel. Conduct merit review on a timely basis

• Minimum bachelor’s degree from any Engineering or supply chain management

6. Head of Laboratory

A day in the life of...

Support colleagues across quality management in market, technical & production by performing:

Laboratory methods and practices:

• Correct and cost-efficient functioning of the laboratory, including personnel safety, availability of equipment to carry out analyses, internal and external quality control
• Monitor the competence of analysts to perform the required analysis
• Correct and on time reporting of results to customers and the follow-up of any customer complaints
• Manage the analyst’s training plan and development needs
• Validate and establish validation dossiers for new and existing methods according to Nestlé validation standards
• Select, organize, and follow up analyses performed by subcontracted labs

 

Technical assistance: 

• Assist factories in matters related to instrumentation, analytical monitoring, and Good Laboratory Practice
• Support factories in implementing method updates, alternative methods and in establishing monitoring plans

 

Proficiency: 

• Responsible for the adequate follow-up on results of proficiency tests and interlaboratory comparisons 
• Responsible for performing root cause analysis in case of poor results and in applying corrective action

A day in the life of...

Category Development Executive role is included in the Commercial Development Division. Reporting to the Category Development Lead, working closely with the Business Unit of Dairy, Coffee, Infant Nutrition, and Beverages as well as Sales division, Sales Controller, and Consumer Intelligence team.

• Define strategies and plans that deliver Category/sub Category growth based on consumer, shopper and customer requirements.
• Active involvement in driving sales part of category specific Monthly Business Planning process as per guidelines to meet category business objectives
• Work with Category Lead and Channel Lead to identify priority channels and recommend tailored Category Channel plans in line with overall market strategy
• Develop category specific agenda in priority channels based on consumer and shopper understanding to accelerate category growth
• Continuously work with field sales management team, distributor team and third party/agency team to get feedback on category specific project implementation and do corrective action if necessary
• Develop and propose the in-store picture of success for the category/sub category in each channel. Support its implementation and continuously review the effectiveness of our in-store actions.
• Contribute to the Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP) process by identifying the key opportunities and possible action plans for the Category/sub Category.
• Recommend clear promotional guidelines based on shopper understanding and current market knowledge. Ensure all promotional investment is properly reviewed and well evaluated
• Recommend winning commercial propositions for the category/sub category, effectively communicating these to customer and field sales managers as appropriate.

• Min. 3-4 years commercial experience in Trade Marketing/CCSD, and Field Sales or Key Account preferably in FMCG Industry
