Posisi:

1. HR BUSINESS PARTNER
Sumatera Utara
Qualification:
  • Can do attitude, agile personality.
  • Has experience as HR Generalist at FMCG/Express/Logistic/Warehouse company for minimum 5 years will be preffered.
  • Has a brief and deep understanding about UU 13 Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS, and other employee relation issues.
  • Has a great communication skills and deep analytical about labour related issues.
  • Able to communicate clearly with English, both written and oral.
  • Data Driven, proficient in Ms Office (Excel formulation).
  • Work closely with other HR teams at Head Office.
  • Work placement at Medan (Sumatera Utara).
  • Ready to work mobile to our operation area while needed.
  • Ready to work extra mille and achieve goals together with region team.

Job Description:
  • First contact from User / Operation team for HR matters.
  • Partnering with User / Department leader to achive company goals related to HR matters.
  • Responsible to resolving complex employee relations issues and or industrial relation issues.
  • Responsible to do the human resources management for Operation Team.
  • Responsible to consult with line management and provide daily HR Guidance to employee.
  • Provide HR policy guidance at Operation Area.
  • Monitor and report any workforce, and continous improvement at respective area.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, incresing productivity and retention, and also provide a good communication between employee and company. 

2. DC LEADER MARUNDA

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:
  • Melakukan proses monitoring paket inbound, outbound, 3PL
  • Memastikan flow proses sesuai dengan SOP
  • Membuat laporan kerja untuk proses paket

3. SYSTEM PLANNING

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in product/project management.
  • Good experience and knowledge in logistic system and operation is a must.

  • Candidate must at least possess bachelor’s degree.
  • Fluent English is a must, both in oral and written.
  • Fluent Mandarin is a must.

Description:
  • Analyze problem with current running system then propose better solution.
  • Cooperate with other business units to consult about their problem and come up with the solution.
  • Compose BRD (business requirement document) stating the problem statement, goals, and ROI.
  • Work together with TBP on submitting the requirement and assist/follow up in the development process.
  • Person in change for UAT (user acceptance test).

4. MOBILE DEVELOPER SENIOR [IOS]

Qualification:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any major related to IT.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in mobile development iOS (having experience in both iOS and Android is a plus) with a solid understanding of the full mobile apps development life cycle
  • Experience in E-Commerce or Logistics Application development is a very big plus.
  • Excellent command in at least one programming language and framework (preferable swift for iOS).
  • Experience with submitting App to AppStore and have minimum 2 apps that already submit in the store.
  • Experience with Google API (Maps, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google SSO, etc).
  • Having good knowledge in iOS security, data management, synchronization data/file.
  • Good knowledge in Mobile Apps API (REST) and have experience in mobile API deployment.
  • Proficient in Object Oriented Programming, Design Patterns.
  • Having any CI/CD and build automation experience is a plus.

Job Description :
  • Collect data source from Big Data Platform (BDP) for development and reporting.
  • Develop data mart and analytic tools environment, including database structure (tables, views, stored procedure, job scheduler) - which will be used by Data Analyst.
  • Develop data integration and processing (data flow, mapping, transforming and loading) with ETL Engine (SSIS), including troubleshooting.
  • Maintain database parameter and monitor job scheduler.
  • Assist Data Analyst in collecting raw data from Big Data Platform (BDP) in order to complete user’s data request.
