Posisi:

1. HR Generalist
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Create a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections.
  • Arrange and conduct employee on-boarding process as well as the training & development.
  • Proficient knowledge in HR Administration task, recruitment plan and recruitment process ( compensation and benefit plans).
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Collect and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
  • Evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly.
  • Identify training needs and assist the L&D function in aligning training programs with business objectives.
  • Strategic workforce planning: ensure the company’s workforce has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future.

Responsibilities:
  • Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.
  • Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
  • Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
  • Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.

4. Sparepart Specialist
Responsibilites:
  • To monitor end to end transaction (starting from request until return back from repair center)
  • To participate in the management the spare delivery logistics performance and analyze the fail reason
  • To follow and push to solve spare parts shortage issue, communicate with project team to improve the install base accuracy.
  • Analyze the safety stock level and optimize it according to delivery fail and other issues
  • To monitor faulty parts maintenance process

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering or Computer engineering (IT)
  • Minimal 2 years’ experience (spare part, planning, logistics management is preferred) or Fresh Graduates are welcome.
  • Good communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, Mandarin is an advantage

  • Design and build applications for Web, Android platforms and Ensure performance and quality of the application

  • Integrate application with backend tools such as cloud, APIs and push notifications
  • Use encryption tools to safeguard content and Can develop with PHP, C & Java programming

6. Data Center Facilities (Senior Delivery Engineer)
Responsibilities:
  • Work for Data Center project, as a technical leader to support project manager, control the project cost, managing implementation schedule and subcon delivery quality.
  • Understand the SOW of contract and customer requirement, output or be involved to output Data Center project delivery plan and technical solution, control and managing project implementation.
  • Be responsible for Data Center project from pre-sales solution design, implementation and acceptance.
  • – AC and DC Power and power distribution system including diesel generator;
  • – Prefabricated containerized data center
  • – VRLA Battery & Lithium Battery deployment system
  • – Cooling system;
  • – Fire suppresstion and detection system;
  • – Monitoring and Security system;
  • – Service cost analysis, such as manpower and subcontractor;
  • In charge of management and communication of related customer and subcontractor, lead internal team and subcontractor to work out the design and implementation follow project SOW ,
  • Enhance customer satisfaction on project delivery and promote the market consolidation and development

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree or above in power/electrical/ mechanical engineering with more than 5 years of data center project delivery, know project procedures and quality management method, etc.
  • Successfully completed data center projects more than 3 (≥1000㎡).
  • With knowledge and project experience of data center facilities such as:: Electrical feeders, switchgear and power distribution, Transformers, Diesel Generators, with ATS/STS, UPS / Rectifier, Chillers, Cooling tower and pumps, CRAC units, Physical security, Fire suppression & detection, Data cabling, Basic knowledge about civil work implementation, CAD drawing
  • Familiar with industry standards including TIA/EIA, BICSI, IEEE and NFPA, familiar with South East Asian industry practice in data center physical infrastructure. Having related cetification such as ATD, CDCP, HCIA/HCIP or equivalent will be much better.
  • Be good at communication in external and internal, and good at finding and solving problems. Able to working under pressure.
  • Willing to travel based on project implementation location.
  • With good English verbal and written ability

7. Software & IT Engineer
Responsibilities:
  • Works as technical service and integration engineer, responsible for new Software project delivery, including:
  • – Supervision for hardware installation
  • – Setup infrastructure (VM setup, Network setup and integration, OS installation and commissioning)
  • – Setup Database (Database installation and commissioning)
  • – Software deployment, commissioning and integration.
  • Responsible for kind of acceptance test (Internal test, Integration test, Acceptance test) for project delivery.
  • Responsible to troubleshoot, follow-up the task and issue found during project delivery.
  • Responsible to communicate project delivery status and report to Team leader and PM.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering or Computer engineering (IT).
  • Minimal 5 years experience in IT/Software development
  • Good communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English & Chinese Fluent preferred
  • Understand basic knowledge about Carrier business software, Datacenter Network administration, storage administration and Virtualization technology.
  • Familiarity with IT/Carrier Software Apprlication: Database (Oracle, MySQL), Linux, Virtualization, BSS/CRM/Billing system and Programming or scripting (Phyton, Shell)
  • Professional knowledge of installation and administration of Linux/Unix System
  • Professional in TCP/IP and routing knowledge
  • Experience of End-to-End deliveries of Linux/Database/Software deployment projects as technical role
