1. Technical Support - Monitoring Team

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• This is a hands-on role requiring knowledge and deep using of monitoring tools system
• This resource will work closely with the production support team (L2) to ensure operational process of applications
• Working in a collaborative, team environment
• Ability to learn the process and business flow of applications
• Ability to analyze, escalate, and investigate any kind of error or anomaly that happens related to applications
• Ability to explain the detail of problem for either business or technical issues related to applications

Kualifikasi Minimum:

• Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or any related
• Have 3-5 years of working experience in related field, preferably in banking / financial institution
• Having knowledge in using various monitoring tools like Stackify, Amplitude, Elastic, Appdynamic, etc.
• Possess good communication skills and a strong team player working in a multi-culture environment

2. Technical Specialist - Senior Android Front End Engineer

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, and support)
• Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code
• Deliver well-defined small to medium complexityandroid mobile features regularly
• Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable code
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
• Liaise with the product development team to plan new features
• Ensure new and legacy applications meet quality standards

• Strong collaboration skills to be able to work across team to drive integrations in a hybridcloud environment
• In depth knowledge of microservices and service-oriented architecture
• Experience working with end users or developer communities
• Maintaining configuration across services
• Assisting in routine health check and capacity planning / review

Kualifikasi Minimum:

• Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or any related
• Must have at least 3 years work experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
• Must have at least 2 years software development with C# and .NET eco-system
• Must have been experienced in implementing CI/CD pipelines for automating software releases for Microsoft Azure cloud services such as Web App Service, WebJobs, Azure Functions, Azure Container Apps, and Azure Kubernetes Service

• Assisting Team Lead to define system architecture and specifications for cutting-edge features related to our current & future products
• Participate in all stages of product development from analysis, design, development, production, and maintenance
• Effectively collaborate with internal and external teams to find solutions that are leverageable across multiple architectures and workstreams
