1. Customer Loyalty Specialist (Service office)
Tugas:
  • Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in the local language(s) and English with a large groups in a comfortable manner.

2. Accounting Assistant Manager (Service office)
Tugas:
  • Do the daily accounting activities in order to maintain the bookkeeping and ensuring the transactions has been correctly recorded so the resulted data and information became reliable.
  • Assist Accounting Manager by providing the data requested by auditors during audit engagements (both external and internal), manage the reporting accounting team, coordinate with others in the preparation of monthly/quarterly/yearly Financial Statements.

Tugas:
  • Overall objective is to grow sales and sustain long-term profitability. Regularly meet with our customers to learn from their experiences, ideas and views in order to improve the quality of our offer and their shopping experience.

Tugas:

  • Secure high quality, simplicity, efficiency and cost consciousness when planning and implementing all range presentation solutions using global tools and best practices.

Tugas:
  • Provide technical support and insight to user according to the service level agreement and liaise effectively with vendor to solve the issue when required for Ecommerce website and related application for DFI IKEA. Working in shift, ad-hoc request and non-business hours (e.g. weekend, night and public holiday) is required.
  • Monitor the application performance based on the statistics or report to make the recommendations and implementation for improvement of application’s performance.
  • Work closely with DFI IKEA IT, vendor and IKEA IT of various professions for smooth implementation & maintenance.

Tugas:

  • Perform assessment of applications for emerging areas like cloud security, machine learning etc

Tugas:
  • Lead the store logistics team and work with the country Instore Logistics and the store commercial team to secure the highest goods availability for customers at all times and at the lowest possible cost.
  • Secure the quality of products, merchandising, stock accuracy and customer shopping experience in the store.
  • Secure correct usage of short- and mid-term capacity needs by creating operating capacity through space optimization using available working methods and routines.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Supply Support team in CFU to secure a common short- and mid-term capacity plan by adjusting the supply to the store in order to maximize efficient logistics operations with the right balance in smooth incoming volume.
