Posisi:
1. Head, Financial & Accounting
The key duties and responsibilities of this position are:
- Coordinate with all related parties (NOLA, JKTA, Jobsite management and Privatization companies and all other departments in PTFI) regarding financial accounting, budgeting/forecasting, financial analysis and reporting, in FCX, PTFI and all Privatized Companies, to ensure the functions/processes are in line with company's targets, rules and regulations.
- Manage, evaluate, and improve the overall activities in PTFI, Privatization companies and exploration monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing activities, to ensure the consistency with plan, production activities, company F&A policy and guideline and General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Manage, evaluate, and improve PTFI Support service and Jobsite exploration financial and accounting activities to ensure the activities are undertaken in accordance with the business plan and in line with financial and accounting procedure.
- Manage, evaluate, and improve all accounting activities in area of Privatization accounting, Financial and Accounting Reporting, and management project to ensure the activity are accordance with General Accepted Accounting Principles and Company policy.
- Manage, evaluate, and improve capital expenditure, joint venture and fixed assets accounting comply with PTFI policy and able to support the management decision-making in the area of capital expenditures.
- Coordinate the preparation of facts, figures and analysis of production cost as input for Site Controller in developing reports to senior management.
- Plan, participate, and develop overall guidelines and target recommendations for senior management approval to meet company objectives such as target financial performance parameters such as cents per pound, comprehensive data gathering, evaluation of options/scenario, cost/benefit analysis, appropriate manpower levels and overall costs and perform any implementation as per management approval.
- Plan, promote, and participate in continuous reengineering and improvement strategies to increase organizational efficiency, particularly in the financial planning, budgeting and administration areas.
- Manage, evaluate, and improve staff development program to improve their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills, as a continuous effort to give better service to the clients.
The key challenges in this position include:
- Dealing with sophisticated financial accounting systems in PTFI and Privatization Companies with different line of businesses. It is required that the incumbent must have broad knowledge of different industry-specific accounting system to be able to perform his tasks.
- Coordination and communication with all concerned party, especially with MIS Department in translating financial accounting process into technological feature, to improve efficiency, security and reliability.
The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:
Minimum Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting with solid minimum 10 - 13 years experiences in accounting, preferable have experience in a managerial position with a proven managerial skill.
Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters):
- The incumbent should have an excellent skill in English both writing and speaking as well as communication skill due to the nature of the job, which requires dealing with Privatization Company Managers/Directors, Privatized Company Controllers/Finance Managers, as well as Department Head within PTFI organization.
- The incumbent must have excellent managerial and communication skill to manage 31 subordinates both Staff and Non-Staff.
- Knowledge in MIMS system.
- Having experience in capital and general accounting is preferable
- Broad knowledge of Internal/Management Cost Report
- Leadership is a must. Able to lead & coach accounting team to be successful team
- Full knowledge of Accounting Standard (GAAP & IAS)
- Having experience as an auditor is preferable especially in investigative audit
- Able to develop Accounting Information System to manage people, process and technology

2. Manyar Smelter Project - Supervisor Instrumentation and Controls Maintenance
Education and experience:
- S1 Degree in Instrumentation or Electronic Engineering with at least 4 years working experience preferably in mining industry
- D3 (Diploma) in Instrumentation or Electronic with at least 10 years working experience and masterly in basic electronic preferably in mining industry
- Knowledge of PCS7 control system as well as HART communication systems a must
Preferred:
- Diverse work experience in various areas of the Smelting and Refinery processes
- Strong communication skills in all forums (written, presentation, email, verbal) in English at a minimum; Bahasa Indonesia strongly preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Robust understanding of all processes including operations, smelting processes and administration.
- Proficient in planning, scheduling, execution and follow-up.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Word & Excel, and other business systems.
- Skilled in managing a very highly experienced self-directed team.
- Ability to plan, schedule, prioritize, direct and manage a diverse number of operational areas, projects and activities.
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
- Work is in a mine or manufacturing plant setting, which may include exposure to extremes in temperature and humidity, moving mechanical parts, risk of electrical shock, toxic chemicals, explosives, fumes or airborne particles.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs and ladders, work on elevated platforms, talk, hear and see.

3. Secretary - Manpower Management
Deliver quality administrative and secretarial service in a professional, accurate and timely manner satisfying the customer/ needs, supporting the department's key objectives.
4. Manyar Smelter Project - General Superintendent, General Accounting - Smelter
The purpose of this position is:
- Responsible of planning, directing, organizing and controlling financial activities from execution, recording up to reporting for PTFI Smelter and PMR in a good governance amongst internal control standards, business ethics, government regulation (Bank Indonesia and ESDM) and reporting standards in order to provide decision information, maintaining risk management, optimizing fund utilization and improve operational controls.
- Responsible to monitor and control implementation of FCPA (Foreign Corrupt Practice Act) policy related to payment, recording and reporting on GOI related direct support, gifts and entertainment, travelling, facilitating payment, in kind support and donation and per diem activity with no exception noted based on FCPA audit conducted by Independent Internal Audit.
The key duties and responsibilities of this position are:
Accounts Payable
- Manage Accounts Payable for PTFI Smelter and PMR includes, Customer Vendor, Employees, Government Relations, which handles all disbursements through paysource (host to host payment transmission) , internet banking, wire transfer and cashier activities.
- Lead maintenance and development SAP and business object from time to time in coordination with MIS department to support Accounts Payable operations and reporting function as well.
- Lead development, implementation and maintenance procedures and policies, including accounts payable functions to ensure adherence to company guidelines and within the current business process.
- Manage monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end information; ensures accuracy of financial statements.
- Manage the accuracy and the most update of vendor and employee information.
- Lead financial information distribution to project managers and operations staff; responds to financial questions/concerns from stakeholder to meet business needs.
- Acts as a liaison between the company, government and external accountants to meet information needs and to ensure that proper information is maintained for historical purposes.
- Lead employees hiring process for the groups mentioned above. Trains and evaluates employees to enhance their performance, development, and deliverables. Addresses performance issues and makes recommendations for personnel actions.
Accounts Receivable
- Manage and monitor employee cash advance for PTFI to support business needs.
- Manage employee reimbursement to be paid timely and accurately and comply with Company policies and procedures.
- Manage and monitor employee loan (housing and emergency) for compliance, collectability, valuation, recordation and reporting.
- Manage and monitor Corporate Card for national executive and expatriate in terms of compliance, collectability and reporting.
- Close coordination with HR for any policy update.
Compliance
- Manage and monitor any payments to employee, vendors, and government to be complied with FCPA, Business Ethics.
- Close coordination with compliance officer for update regulation or any issue related to FCPA.
- Lead working with US and INDO compliance officer during FCPA audit by Internal audit.
Payroll :
- Lead Payroll Processing and ensure all payroll run are correct and on time.
- Lead Time management and ensure the correctness and compliance with Policy and Procedure.
Reporting :
- Lead Bank Indonesia SIMODIS Reporting Import activities.
- Lead Foreign Exchange Activity Reporting to Bank Indonesia.
- Ensure that any incoming and outgoing related to syndicated loan flow of fund in line with Bank Indonesia regulation regulation and Obligation to use Rupiah and Foreign Exchange activity.
General:
- Lead Maintenance and development SAP and business object from time to time in coordination with MIS department to support Accounts Payable operations and reporting function as well.

- Lead internal, external and government audit i.e export duty, tax and custom audit) and its correlated appeal to Supreme Court.
- Lead management and external reporting related to cash management, treasury, accounts payable, accounts receivables and payroll.
- Lead compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures as well as Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance Audit and Foreign Corrupt Practice Act (FCPA) Audit.
- Lead a comprehensive monthly report and analysis for all area of responsibility providing explanations and business solutions to help mitigate the risks.

General Superintendent, General Accounting Core Competencies (Knowledge and Skills):
- Designation as a certified cash manager or certified treasury professional would be a plus
- In depth knowledge of financial statements and financial statement analysis, including ability to analyze cash flow and the impact on the financial statements
- Good understanding in banking, finance and pension industry
- Good understanding in actuarial principal and framework
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with the ability to communicate and negotiate with a variety of internal and external constituencies.
- Strong managerial, planning, organizational, decision making, interpersonal, analytical and lateral thinking skills
- Good dealer with government bodies (MEMR, Tax Office, OJK and Bank Indonesia)

Required Qualifications of General Superintendent General Accounting:
- Education: The Candidate must have a bachelors degree, S1 Degree in Accounting, Economics or Management, familiar with Accounting Standards and Indonesia Taxes.
- Experience:
- A candidate for this position must have had at least 10-12 years of experience in Finance and Accounting as people manager.
- Designation as a certified cash manager or certified treasury professional would be a plus
- Communication Skills: Have a strong communication skills as Company representative while dealing with professional (banker) and regulator (OJK, BI, ESDM) and employee and executive level.
- Computer Skills/SAP: A candidate for the position must have great computer skills in SAP system and demonstrate high proficiency in the use of Ms Word, Ms Excel (pivot tables and lookups), and PowerPoint.
- Analytical Skills: A candidate must be able to demonstrate good analytical skills to be able to trace any deviation against Company Policy and Procedure including FCPA.
- Interpersonal Skills: The candidate for the position must have an ability to deal with confidential and sensitive material, and maintain a high level of integrity.
- People Skills:
