1. PROJECT MANAGER
Job Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science / Information Technology, Economics, Engineering (Computer/ Telecommunication), Finance Accounting, Business Studies/ Administration / Management or equivalent
  • Able to communicate in English actively is a must

Responsibilities :
  • Determine and define project scope and objectives
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner Develop and manage a detailed

2. JUNIOR & SENIOR PROGRAMMER
Job Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree of Computer Science / Information Technology.
  • Familiar with OOP.
  • Experience in C#, ASP.Net, VB.Net, and familiar with .Net Core MVC, .Net Framework MVC.
  • Having basic knowledge in Java (Spring and Hibernate), HTML, CSS, JQuery, Javascript.
  • Experience in REST API.

  • Additional skill in Mobile Development (Android/iOS) is a plus point.

3. NETWORKING
Job Requirements :
  • Candidate have minimum educational background of D3/S1 Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in network i.e. LAN & WAN administration, firewall administration, load balancers administration, IP routing protocol administration, VLAN.
  • Experience in implementing and supporting Cisco, Aruba switches and Palo Alto Firewalls.

Responsibilities :
  • Analyze system functions and failures to isolate and define problem areas.
  • Monitor the reachability of all connections within the network adhering to circuit restoral priorities and initiate troubleshooting to restore full network capability.
  • Monitor system performance and track usage and develop and deliver a trend analysis of system load, usage and response
  • Perform diagnostic analysis of the network system, identify possible faulty devices, troubleshoot faulty modules, troubleshoot network problems and outages and prepare necessary documentation detailing actions taken
  • Provide on-site and telephonic technical services necessary to insure the continuing operation and optimization of the network
 
4. END USER COMPUTING (EUC) – IT SUPPORT
Job Requirements :
  • A diploma or degree in Computer Studies or Information Technology
  • Candidates with 3 years of helpdesk support experience will be preferred.  Fresh graduates with relevant skillsets may also be considered
  • Basic operating knowledge on Windows Server Operating System will be added advantage
  • Strong customer service skills with a knack for problem solving.
  • An aptitude for acquiring new skills and knowledge
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work on multiple assignments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Provide remote end user support primarily for Wilmar Singapore offices and Australia offices, occasional support of users in other regional offices may also be required
  • Provide end user support for Windows 10 Operating Systems, File and Print, Office365 services (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Active Directory etc.), Zoom
  • Provide end user support for other desktop application including MS Office, Acrobat, Docusign, Anti-Virus software, VPN application
  • Trouble-shoot issues related to Windows 10 OS for end-users
  • Tracking & documenting support activities using ticketing system (JIRA)
  • Complete assigned service requests tickets, e.g. new AD user account creation, deletion of AD user account, password reset, etc
  • Perform applications and software upgrades, perform troubleshooting and fine tuning for users
  • Identify and promptly escalate issues to level 2 engineers where necessary

5. ABAP
Job Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree of Computer Science / Information Technology & Informatics Engineering
  • Able to communicate in English actively is a must 
  • Having good knowledge programming language such as JavaScript, JQuery, VB .NET, C#,C /C++, Oracle SQL server database
  • Have good programming analysis skills, have made a program that has CRUD features
  • Having experience min. 2 years implement & application for Automation/ PLC Programming etc.
