(J-Power), PT Adaro Power (Adaro Power), dan ITOCHU Corporation (ITOCHU). BPI mengembangkan, membangun dan mengoperasikan PLTU Batang 2 x 1,000 MW di Kabupaten Batang, Provinsi Jawa Tengah yang memasok listrik ke PT PLN (Persero).

PLTU Batang merupakan proyek infrastruktur pertama di Indonesia yang dilaksanakan dalam skema Kerjasama Pemerintah-Swasta (“KPS”) dan juga dikategorikan sebagai Proyek Strategis Nasional. PLTU Batang memiliki peran penting untuk memfasilitasi pembangunan infrastruktur dan akan memenuhi sebagian dari pertumbuhan kebutuhan listrik di Indonesia.

1. HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR (CODE: HEOP)
(1 person)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Operate heavy equipment safely and report any issues to supervisors.
  • Conduct daily pre-operation checks following maintenance manuals and standards.
  • Complete checklists and daily operational reports.
  • Prepare and maintain documents and procedures for equipment operations.
  • Ensure smooth task handovers between shifts.
  • Assist the stacker-reclaimer operator in coal handling activities.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of the plant during the shift.
  • Follow and comply with HSE Standards.

  • Educational Background: Minimum Senior Vocational School (SMK)

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Instrumentation and Control (I&C) systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Carry out repairs, system modifications, and improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the I&C workshop, maintaining tools and equipment in ready-to-use condition.
  • Assist in managing and improving maintenance documentation, including SOPs and Work Instructions.
  • Conduct inspections and ensure all maintenance activities comply with HSE standards.
  • Support outage activities and continuous improvements to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support organizational objectives.

Job Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Physics, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in industrial Instrumentation and Control (I&C) maintenance.
