1. Safety Logistic Assistant Manager

We are welcoming high caliber professionals to join our team as Safety Logistic Assistant Manager under Logistic Department to strengthen logistics safety management and ensure full compliance with company safety standards, operational procedures, and transportation regulations in line with business expansion and increasing logistics activities.

Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and monitor logistics safety programs and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HSE procedures, SOPs, WIs, and government regulations related to logistics and transportation safety.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Monitor transporter and driver safety performance, including defensive driving and operational safety compliance.
• Lead safety awareness campaigns, toolbox meetings, and safety training for logistics personnel and contractors.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions for safety findings and incidents.
• Support emergency response preparedness and crisis management activities.
• Analyze logistics safety KPIs and prepare periodic safety performance reports.
• Collaborate with warehouse, transporters, and cross-functional teams to improve operational safety and efficiency.

• Experience in contractor and transporter safety management is preferred.

2. Internal Container Storage Assistant Manager

We are welcoming high caliber professionals to join our team as Internal Container Storage Assistant Manager under Logistic Department.

Responsibilities :

Yard & Dispatch Operations Excellence :

• Manage daily yard operations to ensure smooth inbound and outbound logistics flow
• Optimize truck queue management, dock allocation, and loading/unloading sequencing
• Ensure on-time dispatch aligned with customer service level targets (OTIF – On Time In Full)
• Monitor and reduce truck turnaround time and yard congestion

Yard Planning & Capacity Optimization :

• Develop and implement yard layout strategies to maximize space utilization
• Control container/truck positioning to support fast-moving SKUs and priority shipments
• Anticipate peak volumes and adjust yard strategy accordingly

Integration with Warehouse & Transport :

• Coordinate closely with warehouse teams to ensure readiness of goods for dispatch
• Align with transport planners on vehicle scheduling and route prioritization
• Ensure synchronization between physical operations and system transactions (SAP/WMS/YMS)

Inventory & System Accuracy :

• Ensure real-time accuracy of yard inventory (trailers, containers, staging units)
• Monitor system vs physical alignment and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Support proper execution of goods issue (GI) and dispatch documentation through SAP

Safety, Quality & Compliance :

• Enforce strict adherence to Unilever SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) standards
• Ensure all yard activities comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and internal SOPs
• Conduct regular safety audits, toolbox meetings, and risk assessments
• Lead incident investigation and ensure corrective/preventive actions are implemented

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in logistics, yard operations, warehouse operations (FMCG Preferred).
• Strong understanding of SAP, WMS, and/or Yard Management Systems
• Proven leadership experience in managing operational teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong knowledge of SHE, GMP, and operational compliance Fluent in English is a must

3. Upstream Production Scheduler (Production Planning/PPIC)

Responsibilities :

• Develop Master Production Schedule (MPS) for FA1/FA2 with a 3-month horizon based on S&OP and sales forecasts.
• Manage transfer and blending for downstream demand (Soap, Dove, Fatty Alcohol, Dry Fraction).
• Monitor daily dispatch performance, including target achievement, loading reliability, and customer ETA.
• Coordinate bulk vessel cargo preparation with tank farm and bulk logistics teams.
• Lead weekly alignment on production schedules, dispatch activities, and storage capacity (tank farm & warehouse).

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning or a related area.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel, and data management.
• Good understanding of Material Management, Master Production Scheduling (MPS), and Inventory Control.
• High integrity, strong interpersonal skills, and fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).

4. IT Service Engineer

You will play a crucial role in maintaining, optimizing, and developing our Distributed Control System infrastructure to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. In this role, you will bridge automation technology with production needs and drive continuous improvement in process control systems.In this role, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities :

• Network Engineering: Fully understand how networks work, how to modify/improve, and how to troubleshoot/fix networks problems, how to verify networks parameters.
• Commissioning and Maintenance of Hardware: performing computer hardware maintenances, and maintain networks equipment
• Configuring Networks: Monitor the networks, capture networks problem, analyze the networks parameters and solve networks problem
• Security: Configuring security settings and access permissions and analyzing and reporting security breaches, performing security updates and building firewalls and other security features. Coordination with the central support team for all kinds of reporting about security controls.
